Privacy Policy

Plain-language account of what VO₂max.One collects, what never leaves your browser, and how share links and partner data are handled.

Effective August 2026

1. What we collect

Physiological inputs you type into the demo (VO₂max, age, resting heart rate, target zone). These are numbers you provide; we do not read your health apps or wearables.

Session history and engagement counts, stored in your browser's local storage on your own device.

Share links you explicitly create, stored in our database with the prescription payload, a visibility setting and a view counter.

Partner intake submissions: company name, contact details, use case and Content ID workflow needs.

2. What stays on your device

Session history, comparison selections, export files and video engagement counts never leave your browser unless you create a share link or send an intake form.

Clearing your browser storage permanently deletes that local history. We cannot recover it.

3. Share links

A public share link exposes the prescription, phase curve and metadata payload to anyone holding the URL. A private link redacts identifiers and rights payloads.

The management token that lets you revoke a link is stored only in the creating browser. Revoking a link invalidates it globally and immediately.

We record a view count per link. We do not store viewer identities.

4. Analytics and video

Video play, pause and completion events are counted locally to show which content drives engagement.

Embedded video is served from a privacy-forward YouTube host. YouTube may still set its own storage once you press play; that is governed by Google's privacy policy.

5. Retention and deletion

Share links persist until you revoke them. Partner intake submissions are retained while an onboarding conversation is active.

To request deletion of a share link or intake submission, email partners@aeroglyphics.io from the address you submitted.

6. Not a medical service

VO₂max.One is not a medical device and provides fitness guidance only. Inputs are not treated as clinical records and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment.
