Terms of Service
The rules for using the prescription demo, share links, exports and the B2B Content ID workflow tooling.
Effective August 2026
1. Acceptance
By using VO₂max.One you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. What the service does
VO₂max.One converts physiological inputs into a six-phase music prescription with embedded metadata, watermark and Content ID payloads, plus an immutable audit record.
Demo output is illustrative. Production registration with YouTube Content ID or any attribution partner requires a signed partner agreement.
3. Not medical advice
The platform is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Output is fitness guidance only. Consult a qualified clinician before changing training load.
4. AI disclosure obligations
All audio produced through the pipeline is AI-generated. If you publish or distribute it, you must keep the AI-generated disclosure intact and visible, in line with FTC guidance and platform policy.
Removing, obscuring or stripping embedded watermarks, ID3 fields or disclosure labels is a breach of these terms.
5. Rights and ownership
You retain rights to the physiological inputs you supply. AeroGlyphics retains all rights to the pipeline, prescription engine, fingerprinting method and site content.
Attribution and rights payloads produced by the engine are provided for registration purposes and do not transfer ownership of any underlying model or catalogue.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to defeat share-link revocation, forge audit records, submit false partner information, scrape at volume, or use the service to misrepresent AI audio as human-performed.
7. Share links and exports
You are responsible for who you send a public share link to. Private links redact identifiers but are still URL-based; treat them as semi-public.
Exported PDF, JSON and zip bundles leave our control once downloaded.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is during the current pre-production phase, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change or withdraw features and will update these terms accordingly.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroGlyphics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, rights claims or training outcomes arising from use of the platform.
